What is good about the picture is the carefully assumed background and of course the interesting, well captured moment of the show.
However there are some distraction points too. White blocks below the stage draw attention to them (I wonder if you could tweak them to be less bright), and jumper's figure is difficult to see against dark background (though it might be a plus sometimes, as the true interesting detail reveals itself after careful viewing). And the right guy almost run away from the frame. Thought I must admit that with a given viewing angle and stage plan a photographer could possibly do nothing to improve the shot.
